Job Description
- Technical Drawing Expertise: Utilise your mastery of Revit to produce and coordinate comprehensive technical drawing packages. Your attention to detail and commitment to precision will be key in bringing the studio’s projects to life
- Project Scheduling: Develop and manage design delivery programmes and schedules, ensuring that projects are on track and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative Liaison: Forge strong relationships with sub-consultants, overseeing project performance and ensuring the quality of drafting output.
- Project Management: Assist in project management activities, ensuring all elements of a project are aligned and progressing smoothly. Your coordination skills will be instrumental in delivering successful outcomes
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality control and assurance in all technical drawing packages.
Key Skills
- ARB III qualified or equivalent
- Revit proficiency and experience producing drawing packages from stages 3+ are essential skill sets
- Experience working at technical stage on complex UK projects
- Demonstrable experience working within UK commercial / workplace or mixed use is ideal.
