Associate
A successful global practice is on the look out for an associate director. You will be working with an experienced team, managing international projects from design to delivery. This role will entail running a number of projects simultaneously whilst supporting junior colleagues to achieve their full potential.
Job Description
- Manage a team across international projects to design and deliver to meet high quality standards.
- Drive new business, attend industry events and network with potential new clients
- Lead client presentations and project meetings
- Work closely with Senior Associate/Director to ensure that innovative and thought provoking projects are delivered consistently
- Mentor junior team members and provide support where needed
Key Skills
- Successfully leading and managing a team across large scale international and UK projects through all RIBA stages
- Fluency using Revit is essential
- Team player and ability to coordinate well
- Strong forward facing client management skills
