Job Description
- Collaborate with the design team to craft innovative concepts and narratives
- Oversee and manage complex projects from concept to completion
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their growth
- Lead client presentations and stakeholder engagements
- Curate design conversations and facilitate seamless collaboration with French counterparts
- Guide the team in resolving design challenges and implementing strategies
- Uphold the firm’s commitment to exceptional design across sectors like interiors, life sciences, and sports entertainment
Key Skills
- Extensive experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio
- Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in design software (hand-drawn or digital)
- Fluency in French is highly desired
- Passion for mentorship and developing emerging talent
- Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities
