Job Description
- Lead and manage the design team to ensure the successful delivery of projects across various sectors
- Work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and objectives
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles, sustainability, and inclusivity in every project.
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team to consistently push the envelope of creativity and sustainability
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of design innovation and excellence
Key Skills
- Part 3 qualified or equivalent
- Proven experience as a design specialist in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing the successful delivery of complex projects
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing emerging talent
- A strong commitment to sustainable design and a forward-thinking approach to architecture
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Revit and other design software to demonstrate design intent and development.
