Job description
- Collaborate with marketers and senior studio members to lead the coordination, production and scheduling of materials while focusing on RFQ/P responses and interview presentation preparation.
- Guide kickoff meetings with project leadership to establish strategies for pursuit deliverables.
- Play a role in maintaining resources and systems, including CRM, SharePoint library and OpenAsset digital asset management.
- Articulate the brand effectively through the tailored development of visual and written content, showcasing industry understanding and a commitment to design excellence.
- Craft compelling narratives that effectively convey the studio’s story, fostering successful project and process outcomes.
- Coordinate with team members, consultants and stakeholders to identify key differentiators for assigned projects and prepares materials for various events and opportunities
Key skills
- Experience within the AEC industry required
- Advanced proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint is a must.
- Demonstrates excellence in relationship building, interpersonal skills, and collaboration.
- Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Prefer experience in Aviation, Interiors or Data Centres, but not essential.
