Senior Project Lead – Aviation
A globally expanding architecture and interiors studio is seeking a Senior Project Lead to join its Aviation team in London. You will be working directly alongside the Aviation Director and Design Director, taking a central role in the management and delivery of major aviation projects across the UK and internationally. The studio is continuing to grow rapidly across Europe and is delivering a number of complex transport and aviation schemes simultaneously. This role is heavily focused on project leadership, team management and delivery oversight – ideal for someone who enjoys running complex projects while operating within a highly collaborative international environment.
Job Description
You will be overseeing projects and teams across multiple live aviation schemes, acting as a key operational lead within the studio.
You will be:
- Leading the day-to-day management and delivery of complex aviation projects.
- Overseeing project teams, programmes, coordination and resourcing.
- Working closely with the Aviation Director and Design Director on project strategy and delivery.
- Managing client relationships, consultant coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Supporting design and technical teams through key project milestones and delivery packages.
- Leading multidisciplinary coordination across architecture and interiors teams.
- Maintaining oversight of quality, programme and delivery standards across multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Skills
- Strong experience leading large-scale aviation, transport or infrastructure projects.
- Proven project-running and team leadership capability.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams.
- Strong understanding of technical delivery and coordination processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Revit experience preferred.
- Associate-level experience or above desirable.
